This is absolutely the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. I wouldn't even bother but the condominiums that I work for changed management companies and went with Brodie (why is beyond me). I never receive payments on time (at least a month in arrears if not more). No sense in calling them, you never get to speak with a human being and they never return your calls and the property manager does not have a clue how to manage.
Pros: There are no pros.
Cons: You name it.
