I called before going to get directions and all because I have heard raves about the shop and was very exited! Upon entering the store, I saw a lady at the front desk, who looked uneasy and a bit disturbed by my presence. Instead of her immediately saying ""Hi, may I help you?"" as I had expected...she said ""Hi, do you have an appointment?"" I said no and she replied...""You need to schedule an appointment before viewing."" I was totally flustered because I wasn't advised at the time I called. She didn't offer any assistance whatsoever, nor did she offer to schedule an appointment for a later date. She simply shoved a card in my hand and advised me to call next time. I kinda wanted to view the bridesmaid dresses that were on display, but because of her horrible attitude...I simply left. Sadly, I thought I was receiving bad service due to my race, but by reading other reviews...it seems as if they are simply RUDE! I would not go back! BELLA ROSA, remember that first impressions are lasting...put customers first always!
Pros: Possibly good selection of dresses.
Cons: Horrible customer service.
