My frustration began from the first day of ordering service, and yes I know I should've just went with another company, but in small towns it is hard. I ordered cable services from this company, I am from small town USA so I try very hard to keep my business at home, they finally scheduled me a connect date after spending days trying to decide if my address really existed!! Then they never showed up, my daughter had taken off of work and when they hadn't been there by lunch I called and they called the technician and he told them that no one was at home.....untrue but.......and that he was already gone from the town. Which is a whole 10 minutes away, but since my daughter was there and watching for him, my guess is that he never showed up. There fix was to reschedule for another date about 2 weeks away. At that time I cancelled entirely. Should've stuck with that decision.....but again I tried, really wanting to keep my business in my community. So I finally got my cable installed and have almost the same programming as if I had no cable at all!!! These people do not care about there customers at all and I have called and written several times and have received no response at all. In this day and age I believe customer service is VERY important. If all small businesses had this type of customer service then there would be no small businesses any more. I am now going to change my service to someone who will at least act like they care when I have a problem. This company is not doing me any favors, as they seem to treat you as they are. I pay for every bit of service I get from them!!!!!!!!!
