This has been the worst cable company I have ever experienced, abourt three months ago or close to it I called and had service turned on, I had to call and remind them to come turn on my cable, then the tech showed up and spent 2 hours at my house and I spent 2 hours from work and the picture was fuzzy, he said I had a bad connection at the pole that I would have to call the company and turn in a work order for them to come fix the connection, that he didnt do that kind of work. so I called the girl, said she would turn in my order it would probly be next week, I waited two weeks and no one came so I called again and they said some one is in my area and would be at my house in a couple hours. and he was. same guy. spent some time out side at the pole came in and said the same thing as the first time, he said he got ahold of his boss. so I waited three weeks and nothing. called them up again and said I am really fed up and and now I have a 70.00 dollar bill for what? I told the girl im ready to shut it off if they cant fix the problem, the picture is so fuzzy you cant make out what is going on. well she said OK and that was the end of it, two weeks later they shut it off I guess for non payment. I havent had any service to have a bill. I would never recomend this company to anyone. what happen to pleasing the customer.
