Conquest Student Housing is a SCAM! If you look at the reviews on this page, all of the user names are just fake USC related names, probably written by that no good snake Dion Lemon. I lived in Habitat Soo Zee last year, and it was a complete dump with a nice facade. Now I am at Tuscany, where once again, they fool you with a nice facade and give you overpriced, and sub-par apartments. Conquest tries to fool parents and students by having a nice website and office, but they really don't care about anything but their paychecks. Bottom line: don't waste your money with these snakes. Mila is an airhead, Candy and the other fat lady don't care about their tenants. Lastly, that uncle tom Dion will smile in your face, but doesnt really want to help his tenants. STAY AWAY FROM CONQUEST!!!!!!!!!!!
