An employee of UMASS, we are frequent customers of Elsa's. I had one great wrap from there, and decided to order it again shortly after. My Mistake!!!! I had my friend pick up our two wraps during our lunch breaks. Got them back and they were served on a green spinach wrap- depsite the fact that requested plain. When I called to have the problem fixed, the MANAGER said it was MY fault I did not specify- (which i insist I did). He said he never even asked me what kind of wrap (why not??) and ASSUMED I wanted it on Spinach. WHAT?!?! So I wanted it right, and he told me they would scoop out the old wrap's ingredients and put it on a new wrap. I WAS APPALLED! That is a MAJOR SANITARY VIOLATION. I told him that is diguisting and that I wanted a fresh one, so he gave me two options- waste the rest of my lunch break going to pick it up... OR Wait one hour to get it delievered (its 1/2 mile away.) I said deliever it.
