My Tv has been down since September 3rd 2008. i have to go thru service net to get my tv serviced thru warrenty and they always go with mid america service. I have had multiple techs out to take a look at it. The first tech that came out to look at it was so rude that he answered a personal call from his girlfriend and started to yell at her while at my house. i have kids in the house and had to ask him to step outside. That tech diagnosed the problem with the tv as a cable problem. i then replaced every cable and not fixing the problem the tv went out compleately on nov 12th 2008. i called service net again they again sent out mid america servce (a deferent tech this time) who said it was the lamp. wrong again, they then said it was the power supply. i have been waiting for the power supply to show up for two weeks to check again to see if this fixes the problem. it is now December 16th 2008. this company has the worst customer service that i have ever worked with. I am a biomedical technician at a hospital and if i ever treated my customers the way this company does i would not have a job.
