My husband purchased an item over the phone to give it to me for Christmas. I thought it was too expensive, and I called to cancel the purchase. AARON, an employee gave me an attitude as soon as I said I wanted to cancel the phone purchase. He said, he had to call me back. 45 minutes later, I called back. The store manager told me they would call back again. 15 minutes later, Aaron called me back and told me they had to charge me a fee for cancelation. Needless to say, I did not agree with the ""cancelation fee"" I argued with Aaron and he HUNG UP ON ME. Good vibrations is the worst place for customer service. DON'T go there, you may come across with Aaron and his attitude! more
