My husband purchased an item over the phone to give it to me for Christmas. I thought it was too expensive, and I called to cancel the purchase. AARON, an employee gave me an attitude as soon as I said I wanted to cancel the phone purchase. He said, he had to call me back. 45 minutes later, I called back. The store manager told me they would call back again. 15 minutes later, Aaron called me back and told me they had to charge me a fee for cancelation. Needless to say, I did not agree with the ""cancelation fee"" I argued with Aaron and he HUNG UP ON ME. Good vibrations is the worst place for customer service. DON'T go there, you may come across with Aaron and his attitude!
