If you are looking for a Sushi restaurant that has some personality, where you can talk to the Sushi Chef and where they want and appreciate your business, this is the place. I always like to sit at the sushi bar and I like to converse with the Sushi Chef. I like to find out what he likes and dislikes and ask him to make something that is not on the menu. Mr. Suzuki is most accommodating. Most other places in the Dallas area that I have been (Blue Fish) you might as well sit at a table because you have no idea who?s making your dish and they would rather you didn?t talk to the sushi production staff as it slows down the assemble line. Sushi should be a social experience. Yuji Suzuki and his staff make this a wonderful place.
