Truthfully I work at rentmax (that doesn't mean that you should cuss me out) Now before I worked here I actually used the service with my family. we have found two houses and now that its almost time to move again we are using it AGAIN... Thats right I work here and gave them the exact same amount as yall! To the people that have used it and hate it im sorry for that. but thats not all our fault. most of us truely try to help you find a place to live. but think about it this way. No matter where you go, no matter what store you go to your gonna sometimes run into people that are just terrible at what they do and don't care about your buisness. THATS LIFE!!! you just gotta go over their head and find someone that actually cares more than just bout their pay check. Ive had people come back to the office in little rock and hug me with tears in their eyes cause they had nowhere to go or live and found a place with us. the thing you have to remember is to always listen and always ask questions. because if you honestly try to work with us 95% of the time we'll push as hard as we can to help find you a place. Now I can't say 100% because at every job theres always at least one employee that doesn't care or had just had a bad day. so if you really wana find a place come by and i'll help you as much as possible.
