My fear came true with Astra, I made a reservation weeks in advance, reconfirmed the reservation two days in advance and they didn't show up. I gave them a five minute grace period, then called the office, they said the drive was close and should be there soon. Ten minutes late... call again, same story. Fifteen minutes late they admit the driver is lost... Today what delivery or service company does not use GPS. This was totally unacceptable to me. If the driver is lost, they need to call us to ask directions and to let us know the status not keep us wondering where the heck they are. The driver never showed up, we had a flight to catch for our honeymoon and thankfully AirPark near the airport had space for us. Not the way I wanted to start my honeymoom!!!
