Too expensive to be ""cheap eats"" 12/6/2008

I went to the Otters Chicken on Main St. in East Nashville. I got the three tenders meal (#2, ""box""), which was marked $6.48. I think this is too much to charge for three average sized chicken tenders with fries. The meal also boasted texas toast. In my opinion, a piece of bread is not a selling point. On top of all of this, the combo meal did not include a fountain drink ($1.59 extra). So basically, I got three pieces of chicken, fries, and a fountain drink (oh yeah, and a piece of bread) for a little over $9.00 (inc. tax), which is way too much. If they are going to charge this much for chicken, it better be really good chicken. Unfortunately, I have had better. I don't plan to go back. more
