I had never tried Pilates until a few months ago with Jaime of Pilates Blue and I am LOVIN' IT! For approximately a year I was working out with a personal trainer, mostly with weights and cardio. I have seen more results in just the fews months working with Jaime than I did in a years time with my personal trainer. Not only do I see the changes in my body, I feel so much better. I had lower back pain for years after having my children and most of that pain is gone! Jaimie is a always a pleasure to work with and knows exactly how much to push me. I have even surprised myself with what I can do! I can not express enough how happy I am that I found Jaime and Pilates Blue. I look foward to each and every session with her! Even when she kicks my butt!!!!
