The customer service is appalling. My charge card was debited twice for the same item. I paid in full over the phone and my son pick the item up. When I checked my charge card online, that is when I discovered that the Great Dane had charge my account twice. I called and requested to speak with the manager; she was not there. The person recorded my name and number and assured me that I would receive a callback. I received no callback, so I call the next day; still the manager was not available; I was told she was too busy (name me one person that is not busy these days).
