First, my package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I had a class but my housemates were at home. When I got back from class, I didnt see the shipping tag in front of my apt and so I asked my housemates if DHL showed up, but they said they didnt hear the door bell. I checked DHL online tracking system and it says there was an attempted delivery at noon!. I called DHL, and schedule another delivery. They called me again and asked me a 2 hours time-frame in which I will be at home but at the same time said they cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered within that time-frame! Now, why would they ask me that if they cant deliver it within the time-frame? Nevertheless, I told them I will be at home from noon to 2:00 PM.
Pros: none that I can think of
Cons: no delivery tag, delivery guy didnt know how to press the door bell
