Dhl Express

First, my package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I had a class but my housemates were at home. When I got back from class, I didnt see the shipping tag in front of my apt and so I asked my housemates if DHL showed up, but they said they didnt hear the door bell. I checked DHL online tracking system and it says there was an attempted delivery at noon!. I called DHL, and schedule another delivery. They called me again and asked me a 2 hours time-frame in which I will be at home but at the same time said they cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered within that time-frame! Now, why would they ask me that if they cant deliver it within the time-frame? Nevertheless, I told them I will be at home from noon to 2:00 PM. Pros: none that I can think of Cons: no delivery tag, delivery guy didnt know how to press the door bell more

I actually had great service from the DHL Express location in Plymouth. I was waiting for a package and called to get the status on the package, as I had lost my tracking number. Both the receptionist and the manager at the location were very quick and efficient in getting me the information I needed!! I would recommend using this location to any and all my friends. Pros: Friendly staff, quick resolution Cons: None that I found! more

I wouldn't give it even one star if i could. I once ordered a book and wanted it to be delivered quickly.. Cons: they don't always deliver.. no compensation more

This local franchise of DHL doesn't have their act together, much less corporate. The only deliver on their schedule, not any promised service schedule, ie express 10:30 etc. Was told that if I couldn't meet their schedule, then tough. more

On three occasions, I have had courier delivered in an untimely manner. I think the management of DHL Plymouth needs to provide some customer service training for the courier delivery staff. I mean those guys have bad manner of approach and would not advice anyone to mail an important courier through DHL. Just today, the courier guy, could not afford to wait for a minute while I tried to allow him into the building, he just drove off hanging up in my ears. I am very disappointed at the low quality delivery service offered by DHL. more
