I will never go to RICK'S Cleaners again! They are rude, nasty and have terrible customer service!!!!!! You can not treat customers the way do- I arrived at their store at 4:55 to pick up cleaning that was due "" after 5"" and the girls looked at me and refused to open the door to give me my cleaning. They were there and were merely choosing not to help their customer!! They have lost my business forever!!!!! They forget who is paying their paychecks- the customers!!!
