I never write reviews, but after today's experience I had to find a way to expose the one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. After picking up an order earlier in week, I realized I was missing a couple of shirts, so I returned this evening to pick up the remainder. I hustled home from work and arrived at exactly 7pm, closing time. The door was locked, but the two women were standing inside right near the door closing down shop. There they stood, counting money, as I tried to plead with them that is was still 7 o'clock, not a minute later, and all I needed to do was pick up an incomplete order, which was already paid for. They ignored my knocks and ""pleases"" for a minute or so and then began holding their hands over their ears (as if to say they couldn't hear me) and then holding their hands up showing 7 fingers and waving them back and forth, rubbing it in that I was SOL. . . real mature. The counter is literally about 8 feet from the door, so God forbid they open it and have a real customer interaction. . . Its not like they couldn't hear every word I was saying (pleasant words too, considering they still had my shirts hostage). To make matters worse, one of the women's boyfriends was in his car waiting for a pick-up and watching my trials. He leaned his head out and said ""What is your problem, can't you see it is closed?"" I replied, ""I bet if the manager was here, I would be having a different customer experience right now."" He replied, ""yeah, go ahead, you should tell her, she is a bitc* anyways."" Needless to say, Rick can have those shirts because I am never returning. Thanks for the great experience. Keep staffing mature individuals like those two and I am sure the fine folks of West Lake will embrace you forever.
Pros: Price
Cons: The worst customer service ever, so much for a neighborhood place.
