I think the headline says it all. These people will leave you stranded on a cold day...and I was a paying customer. I went with a competitor who not only came within 8 hours of my placing a call, the competitor made sure my pilot light was on!!!! The competitor I went with also doesn't collect a rental fee for the propane tank we use. To boot, there cost per unit is more than the new propane company I joined up with.
Cons: Poor service, high costs.
