Our sincerest apologies to ""musicmotor? for any inconveniences you may have had with Mutual Propane and our services. We can only assume that this was in relation to a delivery issue you had with one of our Inland Empire locations as this location does not have residential services. All of our locations do however have 24 hour emergency ""on call"" services and we have a staff of 4 drivers and 2 service technicians that are available for emergency repair and deliveries 24 hours a day. Since the time of your review we have made substantial changes to our computer system and now have the ability to instantly cease any rental charges once services have been cancelled. more

Never had a problem 6/19/2009

I don't normally write reviews but I saw the one for this place and was pretty surprised. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with mutual propane and everyone I have dealt with always has been very helpful. I have not found a lower price in the area either. Pros: Super nice people more

Left me high and dry on Thanksgiving would have waited 4 days without heat...and I was a paying customer!! They have NO emergency service available. They also charge for tanks, other places don't. 12/15/2008

I think the headline says it all. These people will leave you stranded on a cold day...and I was a paying customer. I went with a competitor who not only came within 8 hours of my placing a call, the competitor made sure my pilot light was on!!!! The competitor I went with also doesn't collect a rental fee for the propane tank we use. To boot, there cost per unit is more than the new propane company I joined up with. Cons: Poor service, high costs. more
