Went to Kara for Pilates for relief from disk problems and back pain. No more back pain and in less than six months a side benifit, I can see and feel improvement in my golf game. Her teaching has helped me form a very relaxed swing. By observation and her teaching, she makes me fully aware of my body's muscles and how to relax while turning and stretching. I feel so much better. I now truly believe in Pilates and especially in Kara's way of teaching.
