Went to Kara for Pilates for relief from disk problems and back pain. No more back pain and in less than six months a side benifit, I can see and feel improvement in my golf game. Her teaching has helped me form a very relaxed swing. By observation and her teaching, she makes me fully aware of my body's muscles and how to relax while turning and stretching. I feel so much better. I now truly believe in Pilates and especially in Kara's way of teaching. Pros: Kara cares about my success and I feel it more

Great Instruction, Great Fun! 11/4/2008

I recently visited Los Angeles from Mexico and wanted to try Pilates here in Los Angeles. I'm a relative beginner, but Kara's instruction was so patient and the hour long session was so energizing! A great studio and very much fun! Pros: Exactly what I was looking for! more

Kara is terrific! I've been a Pilates student for more than 12 years, and have tried many studios in LA, this is by far the best. Highly recommended! Pros: Great location, great studio, great instruction more

First Class Pilates Instruction 10/9/2008

I've been a Pilates student in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles and Kara is far and away the BEST instructor I've ever worked with. The studio is intimate and very comfortable, in a great location in Larchmont, and you won't find a more knowledgeable and easy going personality to work with. Highly recommended!
