Randys boiler installation was not scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Approved Comfort did recognize his dissatisfaction and communicated there regrets. They did offer to pay his bill that was submitted and offered multiple solutions to keep this customer happy. Approved Comfort has been in constant contact with the manufacture of the equipment making sure the installation meets Randys approval. Approved Comfort recognizes that every company is not perfect, but the most important issue is that a good company stands behind there work and makes every effort to keep the customer happy.
