I contacted HD TV for some assistance with my 52" HD TV. They came out for the assessment and looked at my tv. The technician was not very clear on the next steps other than stating they would need to order the part and I would hear from them in a couple of days. I paid my $69.00 assessment fee and agreed. Pros: The technician mobiled out to my home which was very convenient. Cons: No follow up after my assessment. more
