Took my sick cat in, had to wait quite a while (> 30 min) with a very sick cat even though I had the first appointment and I was on time. They wanted almost $400 to diagnose the cat + extra for treatment. I declined the expensive tests and the thankfully the cat got better with just antibiotics. I felt that the vet wasn't very knowledgeable and he wouldn't give me a reasonable guess at what the problem was. He said it could be x, y, z, etc etc, thus lets do a ton of tests. I felt that it was more about getting money than caring about my pet. I would not go back again. On the plus side, they saw me immediately, the place was clean and the nurses were very caring.
Pros: Easy to get appointment, clean, caring nurses
Cons: Very expensive, vet recommended lots of tests
