Aweful. Find a new Vet ASAP 8/10/2013

I have taken my dog here at least 4 to 5 times an each time walk away extremely frustrated. The wait is ALWAYS more than an hour. As I speak I'm waiting fr an hour and twenty minutes despite having an appointment. They charge outrageous prices and never have seemed to come to an accurate diagnosis. Finding new vet. more

Sick terrier 11/16/2011

Unable to get an appointment even though I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I always have to wait at least 30 mins or more with or without a appointment. Very expensive for everything. Vets are nice enough but will be searching for a less expensive place to take my baby. My dog does not appear to like the staff at all. more

Great Friendly Veterinary Service 8/20/2005

After adopting my cat from the Humane Society, VCA did the initial health checkup on my kitty for free. He had fleas and tapeworm. They completed all the tests and gave him flea medication and worm medication immediately. They even gave me a free bag of science diet cat food. The only thing I had to pay for was the medication. I received mailings reminding me of each appointment I needed to make for follow-up visits and recieved a coupon for 10% off my next visit in the mail. they really took care of my cat and made him feel comfortable at the vet. more
