I agree with all the users who say they will not go back because of Cheri. I was a client of hers for several years and in the past I was pretty happy with the outcome. (I have curly hair too) The last two times I went, she did not do a good job. The first time, it was managable, but the last time, my hair was uneven and she did exactly what I asked her to not do, she barely looked at me or my hair and proceeded to tell me the whole time all about these negative comments about her on this site and how they're untrue. Her husband, who works there too was cursing to a client in his chair about his kids who he apparently don't get along with. It was really pathetic. What was once a nice place to go is now a poorly run disaster. They also can't keep staff members. Every time I go there are different employees now, which is strange because for a long time she had the same group of women who were all so nice.
To say, she's overwhelmed because she owns a business might be true, but she needs to get her act together fast or else all the other locals salons will get her business as they will now get mine.
