Repair Work Great/Office Staff for Scheduling Incompetant 11/7/2008

First let me say that I'm a local Realtor. Secondly, another local Realtor, the listing agent of the property to which I refer, recommended Brevard Shutters (BS). The listing agent had called Brevard Shutters & received a return call on 10/24 from their sales person Mary Ann who informed her they were unable to make it out due to they were booked but could come out next Friday at the earliest. Due to the property changing owners on 10/27 I called on 10/27 in the morning to confirm the appointment for Friday. Maria answered the phone and said that they easily could have come out 10/24 but couldn't find any appt. Apparently Mary Ann placed a sticky note on the books but never actually wrote in the book to confirm the time. Either way, we ended up scheduling 10/30 at 9:30am. On 10/27 at 2:20pm I received a VM from BS stating they'd like to reschedule for 10/28. I called back and got Mary Ann who didn't know anything about the call and refused to let me speak with anyone else. We scheduled for 10/28 between 12-1pm with BS to call me w/1 hr notice. On 10/28 at 12noon I called. Maria stated she didn't know anything about it. Upon checking Mary Ann wrote the new scheduled time for Wednesday, not Tuesday. I stated that if Mary Ann is this incompetant at scheduling maybe they should hire in one of the hundereds of Brevard County residents who would love to have a job. We went back to our original scheduled time of 10/30 at 9:30am. On 10/30 at 8:55am I received a call from the workers stating they arrived for their 9am appoiment. I got to the property at 9:20am, 10 minutes before scheduled time. After repairs, the written bill noted charges began at 9am not 9:30. On 10/28 I received a call from BS accounting wanting to verify the billing address, I noted the overcharge of time. He said 'oh well'. On 11/7 Maria called back to see if repairs were satisfactory. I explained the overcharge of time. Maria's reply was "then use someone else."My clients & I will.
