Very terrible service from beginning to end. After having waited for an hour after calling AAA, Don Glo finally showed up. The man towing my car was rude and inconsiderate and refused to help me try and start the car. He told me that if it had died on the road that there was no need to try and start it and that he'd take it back to the garage. After hesitantly leaving my car on a Sunday night at the shop, It took them 5 days to repair it. I called them on Monday in the morning and they told me that there were many cars ahead of mine and that they'd call me when they had looked at it. On Tuesday I called in the morning and they proceeded to tell me the same thing. By Wednesday in the afternoon after calling and pestering repeatedly I finally recieved a quote that was way overpriced for service and parts. The car was not even fixed until Friday evening. When I picked it up I encountered rude staff at the desk. They tried to minipulate my stereo and so it was locked. Overall DO NOT TAKE OR HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! \r \r Terrible Service, Terrible Mechanics, Terrible Tow Personale, Terrible Customer Service, Terribly Overpriced. \r \r AAA should be ashamed to have these people hired.
