Oh My GOD! This place is the worst! It is so upsetting to have your animal in need, one of your best friends, a member of your family hurting and to go to a place like this. The people behind the desk were rude, impersonal and unprofessional. I felt like they were to young to even know how to effectively do their job. Although the waiting room was empty we had to wait to long for an emergency situation. Half way through the examination I realized that the doctor was trying to up-sale a procedure to us when he had not even told us if our dog was O.K. yet. I just needed to clearly know if my dog was alright. Please don't go there, I'm sure you will regret it as I do and find that now you need to go to your regular vet the next day and pay more on top of TLC's excessive prices! I have ended up there three times over the years due to emergencies with my four animals because I didn't know where else to go after hours. I have had three different Doctors and the have all been awful. I walk out feeling worst that when I walked in. \r
Please don't make the same mistakes that I have, do a little reschearch before you need an emergency vet so you don't have to end up at TLC, I will find an alternative today so I never have to go back there again!
