I use to take my cat to the Cat Hospital for over 12 years, but year by year the customer service decreased and I felt all they were about was the money. They put my 17 year old to sleep as she was just too old and they did not send me a card or anything. They were all about collecting their money and then one of the technician asked me why I was putting my cat down as she seemed fine. It was horrible. It was the first cat I had every had to put down an animal. I got two new cats a year later and they misdiagnosed one of my cats, who ended up dying because of their misdiagnosis. I would never recommend the Cat Hospital. I now take my cat to Princeton Vet and they are wonderful. When they put my cat down, the one that was misdiagnosed, they sent me a card signed by everyone and it was the first time I had every taken my cat there. They are compassionate and caring. Switch to Princeton Vet. They rock!
