This wine bar offers new specials, updates their wine list, even has raffles, but one fact keeps me from visiting: the service. The service that comes with the food and wine is below par for what they are asking. The waiters are often times on and off about their wine knowledge, but most of all, you'll notice the owner. While this wouldn't normally be a problem, he frequents his wine bar often. Seen indulging in his own private collection in front of guests, talking down to staff and customers, and commonly being anti-social with his authoritarian demeanor, it throws off the mode and lovely setting he struggles to maintain. Come on! It's Westlake not Beverly Hills.
Pros: Don't have to wait for a table
Cons: Poor service, no value.
