Just look at the argumentive banter going back and forth here. If a customer complains, then there is generally an underlying reason for it. Don't be looking to shift the blame elsewhere, see what you can to to keep the next guy from feeling the same way. Jeez, read the rebuttal comments of an obvious "annonymous" employee..."pissy customers," "bitchy customers," "Karmas a ..." Great attitude from the sales staff that tends to reinforce perceptions and comments of rude treatment. I don't need to be exposed to this kind of irrational behavior.
