I can't say enough about this place! It started off a little rocky because I felt a little out of place without an appointment but it ended up to be the best choice. I went in during the week, in the morning. One young girl was helping another bride but within 5 minutes came over to me and gave me some suggestions. Then she left me alone to make some of my own choices. She happily put all my selections in a room and let me go from there. Also she was within a minute away of helping me zip up and she continually checked up on me. After purchasing my dress they have and continue to meet all my expectations. They are very friendly and customer service orientated. For those that have had bad experiences here I suggest making an appointment, treat people how you want to be treated, be patient because its not always all about you all the time and respect their business.
