i recommend not to make, cancel, or change an appointment over the phone.\r
okay hospital service. average staff. good so-so service.\r
otherwise just the phone service and operator attendance. \r

the operaters arent as helpful either but its better than to be talking to an automated message system the WHOLE time.\r

better hospital service elsewhere.

Cons: bad phoneline help and service on phone.
