I moved in the community 2 years ago and at first when MS.WILLIE was here it was great but now they have her former secretary running the place and some guy named DALE you complain about the loud music and the people on the basketball court late at night and nothing happens and your cars get broken into and your house they said they were getting security in here that was AUG/2008 it's now NOV/2008 and it's still the same there was a young girl attacked by a pit bulls in here (which that breed is against the rules) and did they do anything NO!!!! they say no broken down cars in here they will be towed away YEAH RIGHT it looks like a junk yard in here.... the people they are renting to have no respect for other people or there property........most of the people renting here brake the rules but if management likes you or your a friend it's OK......and all the MANAGEMENT COMPANY (which is in UTAH) CARES ABOUT IS HOW MUCH MONEY THEY ARE MAKING......The price for a lot is ($363.00 per month) way to high and it goes up every six months (which they don't tell you about until your time to renew your lease) what they charge for rent on the mobile homes they have here you can rent a house in a decent neighborhood believe me when my lease is up i'm out of here......SO BEWARE BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT.....THEY HAVE MORE PEOPLE MOVING OUT FASTER THAN THEY CAN RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
