I had a very similar experience to one posted earlier. I took an LCD TV in for repair that was only one and 1/2 years old. I heard nothing for two weeks and when I called I was told they were very busy and backlogged. When I didn't hear for another week I called again and was told they couldn't get parts and there was nothing they could do.\r
I went to pick up my TV and found that there was a piece missing, they finally found the piece but didn't put it back on because they lost the screws and the TV was no good anyway!? I left the TV in my house for a couple weeks and finally decided to investigate myself and got it working again! So after a month and $100.00 for 'diagnostics' I got absolutely nothing in return from them. \r
The main reason I went to them was because they are locally operated and I like to support local businesses, unfortunately it was a terrible experience and I'll never go back. No customer service skills at all.
Pros: Can't think of any.
Cons: Non-existant customer service.
