we came here for my friend's birthday and from the beginning until the end they treated us like we didn't exist. They completely ignored our requests, service was horrible, we had to ask 5 times for someone to take our order and the place was empty! the food was ok, but the portions were way over priced for the tiny (seriously the size of my palm) portions they gave us. Even after we asked how large the ravioli would be, they said its pretty big and they brought us literally 8 super thin pieces of ravioli. In addition, we asked before hand if there was a cake-cutting fee and they said ""no"" and then they charged us $40 for the cake cutting when we didn't even ask them to cut it and they didn't even warn us about it. When we confronted them about this they threatened to ""keep our cars hostage"" at the vallay if we didn't pay and then the manager started yelling at us and pointing his finger at us in front of the whole restaurant because we brought a cake (even though they said it was okay before!). This is seriously the WORST place I've ever been, I would have rather had dinner at 7-11 or McDonalds than this crappy place! The sad part is, I'm not even exaggerating. This was seriously that bad.
