The uniforms and presentation of the Mercedes dealership is great. People are friendly, and the ambiance is what you would expect. The service work on the vehicles is something else. They want to perform and charge for work that was already covered under an existing service. They will attempt to deny warranty work, on work that was already warrantied by MB USA less than 8 months ago. They give the run around as to why, and don't even bother to look up the service history even though it's in the computer system. They are a high-priced, low-return dealership that doesn't even service their loaner cars. I would go there for coffee and free interenet and maybe buy a hat. But a car? Probably not. To get service work done? Hell no. Never again.\r
