This place has absolutely amazing facility. Beautiful cars and even a small cafe inside but beware, you will pay through the nose for it. There are much better alternatives for having your car serviced if its out of warranty that won't bankrupt you like this place will. However, like I said, when you have a warranty and you aren't paying, this place is super nice. more

Thanks for your excellent group of Agents, who stand and wait to help each driver with all the big and little details needing attention on our fine automobiles. Whatever you folks are doing to train these men and women, is working well. The rest of America is in great need of your secrets. These Receiving Attendants smile, they are attentive, they race to find light bulbs, fuses, nuts and bolts, and they drive the car into the shop with tender loving care. What I truly enjoy after the shop work is completed, is stepping into my ""just washed and cleaned"" vehicle. My automobile receives a good car wash and shines as it is driven up to me, and even the hubs of the wheels are polished. For this, I also thank you . . . more

Doug Schnitzer checked me in. He was very attentive and thorough. Kevin Bara was there when I picked up the car and, as usual, was very professional and explained the work on my car to my understanding. Both Service Advisors represent and reflect the professionalism at Park Place very well. This is the level of service that I expect driving a Mercedes Benz.\r \r \r \r more

During my last visit, I realized I had been a customer of Park Place for at least twenty years and during that time Cathy Masterson has been my service advisor. I want to let you know that I have always been pleased with her ""truly exceptional"" attention to me and my wife, a Mercedes owner also, and to the service she has provided to the five vehicles we purchased at Park Place. I have always felt that Cathy would see that our vehicles were serviced on time that a loaner would be available if we needed one and that I could rely on her advice and opinions on our vehicles when I asked for them. more

Park Place Motorcars provides exceptional service in every regard. I honestly can't think of anything they could do better. I have three cars that are serviced regularly at Park Place and I believe Park Place sets the standard for excellent service. Pros: Exceptional Service more

The uniforms and presentation of the Mercedes dealership is great. People are friendly, and the ambiance is what you would expect. The service work on the vehicles is something else. They want to perform and charge for work that was already covered under an existing service. They will attempt to deny warranty work, on work that was already warrantied by MB USA less than 8 months ago. They give the run around as to why, and don't even bother to look up the service history even though it's in the computer system. They are a high-priced, low-return dealership that doesn't even service their loaner cars. I would go there for coffee and free interenet and maybe buy a hat. But a car? Probably not. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. This place rocks. They treat you like you are the most important person in the world. And it does not end after you buy the car, but they continue to treat you the same after you drive off as months pass by. You must experience this to believe it. Pros: THEY ROCK more
