Quealy Towing, JUST SAY NO! Don't ever use this company if you want to be able to drive your vehicle again! It is criminal that AAA dispatches these yahoos. My vehicle was totalled by what they admitted was an inexperienced driver. A colleague of mine similarly had their car damaged. Another friend of mine said a former boyfriend worked for them and the drivers are all drunks and stoners. Their tow yard and office is a shit-hole pigsty reflecting their sorry-ass customer service attitude. They are completely irresponsible when they skrew-up, not informing one in a timely manner, hedging on the whearabouts of ones damaged vehicle and lying about who their insurance company is. Their tow trucks are in sorrry shape, spewing exhaust through faulty exhause systems. I am surprised they can even get insurance to run their business- I have heard that they have so many claims against them. Local police and businesses won't even call them their reputations are so bad. The Mass. State Registry of Motor Vehicles and the Attorney Generals Office should step in and shut them down. The town of Everett should step-up and revoke their license to do business. They are a danger to the public and all of the people who have had cars wrecked and damaged by them should file a class action suit and put a stop to their long record of trashing other people's property while claiming to run a business! QUEALY TOWING- DON'T CALL THEM, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR AUTOMOBILE. JUST SAY NO TO QUEALY TOWING also doing business out of several different addresses and also under the name AG QUEALY among other names. SOMEONE PLEASE STIP-UP AND SHUT THEM DOWN!
