I called AAA to have my 93 ranger towed from Everett to Malden the clueless driver arrived with a flatbed he dragged my 4x4 truck from the rear damaging the rear bumper the front tires we being pushed against the curb and are now pigeon towed A second driver arrives after 57 minutes of a clueless flatbed driver he pops out my lock cylinder starts my truck with a screw driver remind you I called for a tow ...lol if you contact quealy towing you get some fat clueless bitch that is clueless lets all plan a protest on 26 garvey st lets get back what they took from us together we can we have to protest more

This place is horible after calling AAA to get towed to my shop I was picked up by the state police and towed to their facility. To avoid over chared storage fees I was there at 7 am to pay my bill and have my car towed to be repaired . Upon arival I was greeted by what I can only guess was a female , Her face covered in what looked like a breakeout caused by heavy drug use . While a group of little boys that apeared to be high as well stood in the back doorway . I paid for the tow and storage. I then provided my aaa membership card. I was told they were all set and I did not need to wait. My car was suposed to go to my shop and I left. BAD MOVE!! I called my shop around 4pm to check on the car. I was told my car was not there yet. My car had been sitting in there yard all day while they fu$$ around with it and fish threw it. After a good inspection by my shop I was advised to call police and file a theft report as well as mage. I will be filing for a civil suit and complaints will be submitted to the BBB and AAA. They should be put out of buisness ASAP. Not to mention the owner is a fat Gu@@@ that brushed rudley passed me without saying a word . Who does buisness this way??They suck all around more

the state sets the rates for certain tow jobs. quealy's overcharged me, and i suspect they overcharge everybody. when i brought it to they're attention, they told me to pound sand. i have filed a formal complaint with the city of everett. if you get towed by these scumbags, be careful!! they are unproffessional, rude, and deceitful. Quealy Towing, JUST SAY NO! Don't ever use this company if you want to be able to drive your vehicle again! It is criminal that AAA dispatches these yahoos. My vehicle was totalled by what they admitted was an inexperienced driver. A colleague of mine similarly had their car damaged. Another friend of mine said a former boyfriend worked for them and the drivers are all drunks and stoners. Their tow yard and office is a shit-hole pigsty reflecting their sorry-ass customer service attitude. They are completely irresponsible when they skrew-up, not informing one in a timely manner, hedging on the whearabouts of ones damaged vehicle and lying about who their insurance company is. Their tow trucks are in sorrry shape, spewing exhaust through faulty exhause systems. I am surprised they can even get insurance to run their business- I have heard that they have so many claims against them. Local police and businesses won't even call them their reputations are so bad. The Mass. State Registry of Motor Vehicles and the Attorney Generals Office should step in and shut them down. The town of Everett should step-up and revoke their license to do business. They are a danger to the public and all of the people who have had cars wrecked and damaged by them should file a class action suit and put a stop to their long record of trashing other people's property while claiming to run a business! Long story short...\r \r Never needed them for a tow, but my car was struck by one of their flatbeds. When I signaled the driver to pull over...of course, he refused. I called the police, was routed and re-routed back to the correct barracks. I was too far away from the actual incident location for a trooper to pull him over once I reached someone who could help. The matter has yet to be resolved...but I am sure it will be soon.\r \r My point to all this; You should not only becareful if you need a tow from them...but they need to be watchin' themselves...... more

I've been towed by quealy 2 times and both were nightmares. \r \r The 1st time, my starter failed and it took them two hours to get here even though AAA said they weren't busy plus I broke down two miles from their headquarters. \r \r The 2nd time was today 15Feb08 when my girlfriend broke down at sullivan station. She requested a flatbed because the engine in VW is too low to be towed by a wrecker. They sent a wrecker anyway. Then when she was towed to Boston VW the manager CB'd the driver to charge $3 CASH ONLY. Thankfully the folks at Boston VW helped her out and paid him. \r \r There's a 3rd time too, but it was my close friend. She was severely rearended from behind by a oil tanker and Quealy towed her to 54 robin street. When she got a replacement vehicle she went to her old car and had to exchange plates. She forgot her screwdrive, but thinking quealy will lend her one she went there anyway. Do not use or have another tow company use AG Quealy Towing in Everett MA as they are unprofessional, untrustworthy, decietful and overcharge. My car was taken to AG Quealy tow lot at 54 Robin St. in Everett MA on 9/8/2006 by Northeast Adjusters. Mr. Paul Bruce from Northeast Adjusters told me the name of the tow company was Northeast Towing. He lied it is AG Quealy Towing. The cost to retrieve my car which was towed that morning from Medford MA 4 miles away was $ 500.00. Yes $ 500.00. The $500.00 could only be paid in cash. I went to the lot to retrieve my car and paid $500.00 to John [I had a witness to this transaction] who would not furnish me with a reciept! I had to sign a form that stated that I recieved my car in good condition but there was no mention of the $500.00 on the form. When I threatened to call the police as I wanted a reciept John told me ""F... You now you will not get your car till Monday. I got my car then and there.\r Why doesn t the Department of Revenue and the IRS look into these companies who only take cash; most times without providing a reciept???\r The Winchester police went to Northeast Adjusters on River St. in Winchester MA and retrived a receipt from Mr. Bruce who told me 15 min. earlier in a telephone conversation that the ""book keeper was gone and I would have to wait for my reciept by mail"" I have great admiration for the Winchester Police department for going the extra mile on my behalf.\r Please be aware OF AG QUEALY TOWING COMPANY OF EVERETT MA AND NORTHEAST ADJUSTERS OF WINCHESTER MA.
