On our second trip to Steve?s pets we were met with the rudest employee I have ever seen. My girlfriend and I were looking at a beagle puppy and were really interested in buying her. There was only one employee in the puppy area to start. We were ignored for 15 minutes when she was talking to another customer that was very indecisive. We stood in front of the dog?s cage for 15 minutes waiting for service. Finally we were allowed to see the puppy. After 5 minutes of playing with the puppy, the woman employee walked into the cage, grabbed the dog from us and put her away. She ignored us and didn?t ask if we were done seeing her. She didn?t ask if we were interested or anything just took the dog and put her away. Then she came out of the puppy room and walked away to talk to the indecisive customer from before. I am so angry with the crappy service that I don?t know if I will ever go back to the store. If you do go to the store be prepared for crappy service unless you get a younger employee and prepare to empty your pocket on the price of these dogs. Who ever heard of 1000 dollars for a beagle! The puppy was not even AKC or had any other certifications. All it has is the apr and aca.
