Melanie Briggs is rude, arragant and does not deserve the Job as a case worker. I will keep her in prayer. The Manager needs to make sure that she turns into a people person because she acts as if she is to high and mighty! I called and she said that she was talking to me out of courtesy and that she could end the conversaion instead of explain any procedure to receive Rental Assistance.
