They always claim they have no funding... They are rude and very selfish here. Haven't been able to get any type of assistance from this place since I've been out of work. more

Bad Case Worker. Insulted me on phone stating that it was just by her courtesy to talk with me. She acts to rude, high and mighty to truly be kind and help people.She doesnt deserve that Job! . 11/3/2008

Melanie Briggs is rude, arragant and does not deserve the Job as a case worker. I will keep her in prayer. The Manager needs to make sure that she turns into a people person because she acts as if she is to high and mighty! I called and she said that she was talking to me out of courtesy and that she could end the conversaion instead of explain any procedure to receive Rental Assistance. Pros: Assets are donated their to help people... Cons: Melanie Briggs, case worker is so rude, arragant and acts to high and mighty! Will not explain rules! more
