I moved to LA from the northeast, where I loved my HSBC service, but I have to say this particular branch in Beverly Hills is AWFUL! There are never enough tellers at peak hours, and their customer service is appalling. Not to mention it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. If it weren't for the fact that my options for branches near me are between this and downtown LA, I would never use this bank. I'm quickly planning on switching to Bank of America, it seems to be the better choice for LA.
