Took a mixer for a basic repair. It was 3.5 weeks before they even got it onto the bench. They have had it 7 weeks, and when they phoned about a week ago to tell us it was ready, I sent someone down there to pick it up (30 mile drive). My person phoned ahead of time to see if they were open and got the recoding stating open hours. When they arrived at the shop the door was closed and a note was on the door saying 'closed for maintenence'. The website that you are directed to in the phone message is password protected, with no instructions as to how to get access. Today they do not answer either of their phones. The email address printed on the invoice is dysfunctional. I have no way to contact them or know that they are there. \r
