Do NOT take your equipment to this shop! I took my Yamaha mixer to this shop for repair in December 2012. It is now July 2013 and I still don't have it back. I call and can never get anyone on the phone. I am now considering legal action against this business. more

I wish that I would have paid attention to the reviews about this place and not taken my gear there. I brought my Nord Electro 2 to get fixed. I paid a rush fee. I finally got my keyboard back 4 months later, and it wasn't fixed. No one at the shop ever called me about my equipment. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I take that back, a repair man did call me once (two months in). In a very condescending voice, he asked ""what's the problem that you think you have with your keyboard"" All said and done, it cost me 300 bucks (including the rush fee that they wouldn't return) to get my keyboard not fixed. I have taken it to a reliable repair shop, and they said that someone did a really shotty, rushed, and incomplete job on my keyboard. Everyone I have talked with there is rude, and frankly i can't believe that they are still in business. Please, take your equipment anywhere else. I took a Behringer Truth active monitor to be repaired on July 17th and paid the required $37.50 to have it checked. The diagnosis was a blown IC for the sum amp. Almost 4.5 months later, the IC is replaced and the driver is now bad. I have been told this unit would be repaired in 2 weeks more times than I can remember. I took in a mixer for repair that I use daily in my work. they promised it would take 3 weeks to fix. It took 9! We drove from another city and paid a down payment for them to look at the unit. That took 3 weeks alone! By week 6, the comment was ""I think I might order the parts today"". When we finally got the unit back, the button on my first slider bar (which was there when I took it in) was missing. When asked about it the response was ""IF I remember to order another one, I will mail it"". When I got home and plugged it in to my system, not only were the initial problems not fixed, other things that were working are no longer working! I paid $167, plus gas, for nothing! Took a mixer for a basic repair. It was 3.5 weeks before they even got it onto the bench. They have had it 7 weeks, and when they phoned about a week ago to tell us it was ready, I sent someone down there to pick it up (30 mile drive). My person phoned ahead of time to see if they were open and got the recoding stating open hours. When they arrived at the shop the door was closed and a note was on the door saying 'closed for maintenence'. The website that you are directed to in the phone message is password protected, with no instructions as to how to get access. Today they do not answer either of their phones. The email address printed on the invoice is dysfunctional. I have no way to contact them or know that they are there. \r \r I NEED MY MIXER BACK. THIS NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
