I wish that I would have paid attention to the reviews about this place and not taken my gear there. I brought my Nord Electro 2 to get fixed. I paid a rush fee.
I finally got my keyboard back 4 months later, and it wasn't fixed. No one at the shop ever called me about my equipment. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I take that back, a repair man did call me once (two months in). In a very condescending voice, he asked ""what's the problem that you think you have with your keyboard"" All said and done, it cost me 300 bucks (including the rush fee that they wouldn't return) to get my keyboard not fixed.
I have taken it to a reliable repair shop, and they said that someone did a really shotty, rushed, and incomplete job on my keyboard. Everyone I have talked with there is rude, and frankly i can't believe that they are still in business. Please, take your equipment anywhere else.
