I called White Castle to inquire about a structural inspection of my home for earthquake safety. The man on the phone was extremely rude with me during the roughly 3 minute conversation, almost as if he were speaking to annoying pet or something. When I told him that I live in a condominium, he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. He just said abruptly, ""You live in a condo? We don't do condos,"" and hung up! Never mind that the board of Homeowners Association in my building were interested in a full inspection of the entire premises, as well (which he probably would have been interested in) and that I was calling on behalf of my two sibling's home and my parents' (who all live in houses, separate, of course). Anyway, I would not recommend this company to a friend. They need to learn a thing or two about customer service.\r
Pros: none - I barely got a chance to talk to the rep on the phone!
Cons: rude, horrible customer service
